I ordered item L26782,LENNY THE LION BOBBING HEAD BOXCAR,from charles ro,they turned same over to FEDEX GROUND,for shipping to me in SEATAC washington,FEDEX ground driver gave item,to whom he cant rember,so i put in claim with CHARLES RO CO,ASKING FOR REPLACEMENT,now having trouble getting replacement,had to make another long distants call aweek ago last friday 11/01/02,& was told reorder,would be sent to me the next monday,which would have been 11/04/02 & gound take 5 to 6 days,so should be either here today 11/11/02 or 11/12/02..........vincent hubbert
