At my place of work currently and am decorating for Christmas. I am trying to setup this train set to under the tree. The engine will only go into reverse, I have toggled the reverse unit on and off and the locomotive will not go foward only reverse. I do not feel or hear any buzzing from the locomotive when it shifts gears to go forward. Any help would be awesome. Thank you!
What is the number on the engine?

Check to see if there's a switch on the locomotive that locks the reverse unit into only one position.
