In the October issue in the Weekend Workshop was instructions and a schematic to make MTH baaricade lights flash. After building the board I check it against the schematic and they are not the same. The instructions said to hook R7 & R8 to the Y bus which is ground. The schematic show no resistors to the Y bus but instead to the VCC bus. Help which is correct.
The schematic looks reasonable. There are lots of different ways to wire it, and of course the reference designations can be assigned to the components in many ways. Furthermore, the resistor-LED pairs can be in any order. Unfortunately, he may have made these choices differently for the written instructions and for the schematic.
