Question for Lionel fans
Posted by Anonymous on Monday, March 25, 2002 8:28 AM
Hello Lionel fans...For those of you who attend train shows...do you think there is any market for built-up semiscale wood trestles to fit Lionel O Gauge track at such train shows ? They would be made to fit both straight sections, and the larger radius curved sections[#O72,#O42], and probably be 10" high in center sections.Mounted on wood & foamcore base.
thanks and regards/Mike

I would think with all the layout building going on out there you should have a problem
But if you could build the so height could be adjusted or supply different size bases to fit existing layouts you’d have an even wider audience.
Good luck

Hi:

I operate Lionel, as well as MTH, and I would find the idea of these bridges attractive. An item like this is always a good. attractive addition. But, I think that success would hinge largely on price level.
