The coal bunkers have been removed, the slopeback tanks cut down and the center cab replaced with a Lionel 520 boxcab shell. This project is really coming together now; the loco has a definite industrial 1920s feel to it.

Actually, I'm thinking both; poles at the end and pan in the middle!  :)
