This tender came with the 773 and 726 Berk. Was there a cable attached to a 5 wire pin that came out to connect to the locomotive?  Perhaps with the addition of "RS" to the part number of the tender? I looked in  the old original Greenberg directory from about 20 years ago, but there was no seperate discussion of the tender apart from the locos with which it came.  Thanks

Ok-- Cancel the whole deal--but a little public embarassment is good for the soul. In taking another look, I can tell  this piece is much much more recent; I can tell by the photo of the underside that the method of attaching the trucks to the frame is not 1946 or even 1956 (I know --the original piece wasn't produced that late). But I have my answer--and maybe I should have recognized the 5 pin connection indicated much more recent electronics for sounds, etc.  Have a great day and build something this weekend--I will!
