192 Control Tower

On the 192 control tower, do the feet on the rubber drive washer point up and the driving slug rides on top of the feet or do the feet on the rubber drive washer face down on the motor assembly.  Also the driving slug has a smooth side and a indented side.  Which side should face up?  Thank you.

Slug indent faces down, the rubber feet ride on top of the slug.

Thank you so much.  Before I make adjustment, I just want to make sure I understand fully.  The rubber drive washer goes on top of the motor assembly smooth side down and feet pointing up away from motor.  The slug indent side rides on top of the rubber feet.
