Some pictures around the layout.

Nothing is more fairly distributed than common sense: no one thinks he needs more of it than he already has.
Thanks for posting the photos folks.
As with most railroads, the Blueboard Central Division of American Flyer Lines has rolling stock pass through from other parts of the country. This week there was a visitor from just north of us in the town of Merrill. One of the plants for Page Milk is located up there and I caught some photos of one of their billboard reefers as it went through town.
The Page Milk car belongs to my friend Tom Burg. His railroad was featured in the 2011 edition of Great Model Railroads by Kalmbach.
The car has some great graphics.

Northwoods.........that milk car stirred up decades old memories for me......Merrill was just 40 miles from where my grandparents lived. Not far from you either. Is Wisconsin's state motto still "America's Dairyland?"

IF IT WON'T COME LOOSE BY TAPPING ON IT, DON'T TRY TO FORCE IT. USE A BIGGER HAMMER.
Hi Jack,
I thougnt you might be one person who would remember Merrill Wisconsin. The Page Milk plant is still standing in Merrill and the tall brick chimney is still emblazoned with the name Page in white bricks.
Yes, Wisconsin still has the motto of "America's Dairyland, although I think that California has passed us in actual production. We still use it on our license plates too.
and of course right behind our dairy production is our production of cheese heads.
I hope you ride out the storm without too much inconvenience.
