 What is interesting is that just last year, this was settled.

This sort of reminds me of the theory of six degrees of separation with MTH being the axis of this phenomenon, for better or worse. So much for MTH's line of buildings, if this is not decided in their favor.

Copyright is a very difficult area. How much change do you have to make to someone else's design to make it a unique design? The software companies have been having trouble with the copyright laws for years. IMHO, the train companies should settle their differences out of court. Otherwise, the lawyers get rich.
