All,

I don't have much of an update this time, but I have rearranged my town area.  I decided to move things around to flow better with the road coming from Crossing w/Flashers (I waited months for that to be replaced).  I added three buildings as well and some street lights.  I still need to add lights to the Ameri-Towne buildings.  The rearrangement left some new real estate for me to develop.  I'm considering a short siding of that inner loop with a passenger platform, but I may just continue with more city buildings.  I hope these photos came out alright.

Please let me know your thoughts, specifically, what do you use to light buildings?  I've been using some inexpensive lights but I'm wondering if some peel and stick LEDs would work.

Thanks,

Joe

All,

The Air Force has decided I have lived in Enid, OK, long enough and I need to leave. Therefore, the Air Force has told me to report to Yokota AB, Japan, in a few months.  This means I will have to dismantle this layout.  I posted some night shots to today's Sunday Photo Fun thread which will be the last photos of this layout.  We will not have enough room in Japan to rebuild this layout so I will build a shelf layout in our son's bedroom.  I had a great time building this layout (even though it was never near completion) and sharing the progress in this thread.

Thanks to all of you who posted comments and provided encouragement and ideas.  I look forward to starting a new thread for the shelf layout in a few months.

Regards,

Joe

I enjoyed the tread! Thank you for all you do for our country and may you be blessed with a safe journey to your new base.
