Were you replying to a post that included a photo?  Before the update, I had photos blow the read archived posts and reply to post out of both sides of the screen.  Bummer.

I run Windows IE, and there's a little  scale adjuster in the bottom right hand corner, down in the bottom frame rail.  Default setting is 100%, but I have gone to 75% to shrink things.  50% is available, but too small to read conveniently.

Right now, with scale = 100%, the normal page width of this reply format exactly fills the screen, including the My Profile and Search Community blocks and the advertising.

That happens to me all of the time, even before the update.

The site wasn't updated, we just changed the company that supported it on the internet. We had a lot of websites and data to move over.

I don't notice anything different when replying, but when a post first loads, the browser frame extends to the size of the largest photo in that thread, which could be quite wide. As soon as the photos have loaded completely, the frame shrinks down to a "normal" size. Using Firefox 3.6.4 on XP.
