Recently, I heard one of the big O gauge manufacturers might be bringing some of it's production back to the US. If this is true, I hope that they are successful, and maybe more North American model train manufacturing will follow. If they could do it without a significant price increase, in their product lines, I think there could be benefits for our hobby. Besides I like made in the USA, and I also like made in Canada.

Rick, someone posted some of the details earlier on the forum. Have not heard the latest on the subject. Lets hope it is true as we all feel as you do.
