z stuff dz-1240 qusiston for lionel trolley

HI GUYS 

 I have a lionel 60 series trolley . I would like to improve the bump and go  with paused stops . I have looked at Z stuff on line and see they have a unit # dz-1240 that works with a  trolley with an  e unit . I would like to know if the lionel trolley will work with this control  with out changing the wiring in the trolley   I would like any replies from someone  that has bought this control and how they like it
