Williams MPC upgrade...

Anyone know what the odds are of upgrading an MPC era single motor geep with the Williams four axle dummy upgrade kit?

Try it.  Let us know.  I upgarde MPC [the ones with can motors in the trucks] with Electric RR Cruise Combo kits.  Works great and give you sound and cruise.  The thing is, if the motor is the pullmor type, you have to weld in a pan to hold the can motor.  If it is a can motor type, you are OK.

I can't speak for the geep, but I've done 3 postwar dual motor F3's to williams. pretty much a bolt and go.

StubbsO, did the truck side frames go right on, I know the williams Bloomberg style trucks are pretty much a copy of the Lionel.

No, it's a different set-up than Lionels. I had to order them from Williams, I have the part #s around here somewhere?
