Williams Jersey Central and Norfolk and Western Trainmaster Question

Hello All,

Does anyone own a Jersey Central (orange and blue) or Norfolk and Western Williams Trainmaster that can tell me if the paint on these two engines is glossy or dull?  I have seen pictures from different angles and depending on the angle, in some pictures they are dull and others glossy.  Any help is greatly appreciated.
