We are looking for a built-up brewery that is partially 5-6 stories with a lower section 3 stories. Perhaps there is a factory that would serve the purpose. MTH has breweries but they are small, single-story buildings. I realize we could use a kit and perhaps kit-bash, but neither of us are into kits.
Korber Models may have what you're looking for. Check out #953 Joe's Pickle Factory. Some modifications may be required to turn it into a brewery. You can always have somebody assemble and modify the structure to your specifications. Check the classified section of CTT for custom painters and builders.
