ZW help please

One of the rollers on my post war ZW does not go into the "down" position all the way. With the top off, you can see that the roller is still contacting the last coil a little. This is causing a voltage leak, and not allowing my loco's e-unit to cycle properly. Any idea how to fix this? Thank you!
