OTT Sound Systems in Williams Sacle GG1

I had previously installed a OTT Sound system in my  3 Rail Scale Williams GG1.When  I tried running it  the other day I could not recal how to handle it's operation and ramdom series of uncontrolled  Whisel sounds,  bell rings and electric generator sounds were blaring at full volume. Suffering from Mad Cow as I do I could not recall the sequence of  controls required. Has anyone a grip on how these work or a copy of the operating instruction youy could E Mail to me?
