Opinions on the Railking Allegheny w/Proto 2

Does anyone have the railking allegheny with Proto 2 (from 2002)? If so how do you like it? The website and catalog don't give many features(firebox glow, reverse light, engineer figures...etc). Also, I know it can handle 031 curves(that's scary and can't look good!?!?!?) but how does it look on 0-54 to 0-72 curves?
