Maybe Lionel will have a scale Maglev set. Accept you would need 96" curves.

The richest collectors could hire one of those track laying companies and put them in the shrinking machine (Honey I shrunk the kids) and have then lay the track. You would have to pay them more to lay the center rail. CWR, cement ties. Man that would be snazzy. Not sure if you could get them to wire it. To feed them, do you shrink the food first or have them just carve on a 1:1 burger and save money. Now that I think of it you could use the shrinking machine to hide your new Porsche from the IRS in your layout.
