Anyone seen the new scale GP7? What differences between it and the millions of GP7/9 they have sold?

Modeling the "Fargo Area Rapid Transit" in O scale 3 rail.

I believe it has a diecast frame, new, more detailed cab. probably also has flywheel motors. It is probably comparitive to the new F3.
