CSSHEGEWISCH

I have visited the USS Arizona Memorial to honor the officers and men of the crew who died at Pearl Harbor.  Let's not read too much into the fuel oil still seeping out after almost 78 years.

Well...

Pearl Harbor survivors, and I used to know one of them (at the time an 18 year old "Seaman Apprentice" on the USS Helena) have a saying, take it for what it's worth as he told me...

"When the last Pearl Harbor survivor passes away, the oil from the Arizona will stop."

Are they right?  Only time will tell.
