Richmond VA Staples Road Station and Richmond Main St Station

The Richmond Main Street Station looks beautiful, but what must be done so that the Florida and Carolina trains can begin to use it?

If I remember correctly, a lot of work needs to be done on the old SAL line South of Main Street Station to bring it up to standard.
