The pictures you see below refer to the Museum of mining and agricultural life (Museo di arte mineraria e civiltà contadina), which is unique in Europe.

It is located in special wagons in the railway station of Villarosa (Enna, Sicily, Italy).

It is possible to see the rich collection, about 5,000 items, of objects used daily in sicilian mines and homes at the beginning of 20th century.

From Villarosa railway station you can reach the lake Morello, which is only a few kilometers away, the Gazzana spring, the Castle of Lombardia (Enna) and old sulphur mines near Villarosa.
