This car was built in 1936 as a steel business car for the Central Railroad of New Jersey, and eventually sold to the Erie Railroad. After the Erie Railroad merged with the DL&W the car was renumbered #2. It has arrived in Scranton, where it will become the business car of Genesee Valley Transportation Co.
