Grants to build tracks on Amtrak routes
Posted by blue streak 1 on Friday, January 26, 2024 6:13 PM

Only posts for actual grants to improve Amtrak routes.  Here is one that will provide some funds to replace a single track wooden bridge with a new double track bridge that will also be raised.  This on the route in San Diego county for SAN <> LAX service.

That wooden train bridge near the Del Mar Fairgrounds is getting replaced (msn.com)
