This article has a photo of a new Venture coach, and the coach has an end with no windows or door. It seems to be designed only for use as a last car, since no pass-thru is provided. Why would they build something so inflexible? And there is no visibility for a trainman to direct a backup move. I don't get it.
What's up with that?
Still in training.
I presumed it was a covering to protect the car in storage/delivery. It seems to be bolted on.
Aha. That makes sense. Thanks, Mike.
