Can't answer first question, but I felt a lot better with my bags kept at Chicago when there was a manned storage room. Several times when we have been in the 1st Class Lounge there now with the open storage space, we have heard people complaining about their bags being accidently taken by another passenger...kind of screws up a trip when your bags are on the wrong train. You can pay $20. to hold bags over by the baggage area which we have done while we went out for lunch or just to walk around Chicago between trains.

29 & Chicago

   Two questions:

1.  Does #29 serve breakfast before it arrives in Chicago?

2.  How safe is it to leave my bag(s) in the First Class lounge storage area before boarding #5?  At NYP I note at least a door in the lockers between my bags and the traveling public.  What's it like at Chicago in case I want to walk around outside without my bags?
