Notice what the meal cost as well. 58 British pounds approx $75. For a nice multi-course lunch in a dining car with table cloths, china and fine wine plus great service. People in First Class will pay that, even on a corridor train. Possibly not some of the skin flints that read this forum but generally a good first class experience, people will pay good money for.
