Amtrak's websites
Posted by Deggesty on Wednesday, April 25, 2018 3:27 PM

In the last two or three days, Amtrak has changed its website(s).

I found it somewhat harder to work with--and I could not find a description of the menus in diners (No surprise here, when you consder the horrendous change that is coming soon).

Why get peoples hopes up when you don't want to feed them?

The menus are still on-line.  Go to Amtrak.com; click on Experience, click on On Board, click on Meals and Dining - it is in the left hand column - and then click on the train, ie Texas Eagle, Sunset Limited, etc. to get the menu.

Thanks. I had found the menus in the previous version--and forgot where to look.

To me, the previous previous version was much easier to navigate than the immediately previous version.
