The reverse commute thru Santa Barbara and Ventura counties will start April 2. Appears to be a high demand service. Link says 480 seats available. Agency offered free 10 trip passes thru April. What ? 1100 requests for the free passes. If only half actually use ? SRO !!!
Now if I get my buddy to request a pass then can use 2 passes for the month. Still SRO.
Complicating the demand is the lack of equipment to expand the train.
