Florida and Palm Beach County have a whole lot more worries than the operation of Brightline.

The 'public' thinks the tracks are there as just a 'period deocorcation'; after all they don't run trains anymore.

When the gates come down, and there starts to be a "dink-dink-dink-dink-dink......", there's a broad implication that the decoration is going to include a moving tableau.

I don't think anything will come of this as they meet the current FRA safety standards for grade crossings and they have even fenced in the right of way in places.

I believe Sun Rail has had a number of incidents.  The 'public' thinks the tracks are there as just a 'period deocorcation'; after all they don't run trains anymore.
