ben Sunnyland When I read this, I thought the new head of Amtrak came from an airline so he probably likes the idea of having other airline personnel working with him. Amtrak has had some high profile wrecks with the one in PA and now WA, so maybe he might be better at spinning the facts. It has been 8 years since there has been a US commercial airline passenger fatality. And they carry way more passenger miles than the rails.
