The Northeast Mid-Atlantic schedule effective 31 October shows the service into Roanoke (extension of the current Lynchburg service)--1:19 Roanoke to Lynchburg and 1:16 Lynchburg to Roanoke.

Now, if the powers that be would continue the service on to Bristol, and someone rebuild the General Shelby Hotel there (it was across the street from the station), I would really be happy.

So far announced Oct 31, 2017 NEC change is posted on web site.  No Thanksgiving schedule yet.

Cascades for Dec 12, 2017 is a rather large change.  Opening of the Point Defiance bypass results in -------

2 round trips added SEA <> PDX 

1.  All  (6)  Cascades ( Talgo ) enroute time reduced 20 minutes to 3:20.

2.  First trips  ( SEA, PDX ) from each end start at 0600 & 0620.  Last trip from each at 1945 & 1925.

3.  Starlight times reduced to 4:00: PDX at 1556 & SEA 0950.

4.  No posted times yet for Thanksgiving.
