After an Email to Milwaukee Mayor and Amtrak, noticed Amtrak is FINALLY promoting the train to Milwaukee to attend baseball games at Miller Park that involve the Chicago Cubs. Long overdue and hope it continues. My full proposal was to build a platform and rail siding at Miller Park and extend a train or two to the new station which would be just a 5 mile straight shot down the CP Mainline from the West side of the Amtrak station. Apparently, need to send a letter to the Brewers Baseball Club with that proposal. :)
This all could just be coincidence and have nothing to do with my letters. Don't care either way. Seems like a waste to have the trains stop just short of the baseball park during games.
