As of this past Tues. 11 Apr 2017 the link on the BPTunnel webpage - "View Selected Alternative" - was fixed to go to a more comprehensive map which shows the Selected Alternative 3B and the existing tunnel. (Yes, I contacted them about it.)  Here's a link directly to it:

The linked map shows only the existing tunnel - and that's all that's available at the Overview Map link at the FRA page - http://bptunnel.com (hardly reassuring !).  The recommendation for the new tunnel is Alternative 3B.  Go here instead for the "B&P Tunnel December 2016 PowerPoint Presentation":
