Any news about what's happening to the BNSF trackage from Raton Pass to Madrid NM?  I know that Colorado and Kansas had funded renovation of the "Southwest Limited" route through their jurisdictions but New Mexico may have been unresolved.  I heard that some funding may have been found but have not heard anything definitive.

I thought Mr. Rose publicly stated he had enough commitments to maintain the track for 10 years and went ahead with the improvement schedule?
