He is Elain Chaos future Transportaion Secratary husband and I expect that the two bedfellows will vote and think alike.

I believe our state of Kentucky is one of those the state constitution prohibits the Kentucky Department of Transportation from spending money on rail projects.  Hence no commuter rail in state and limited Amtrak.  McConnell represents a conservative state for multiple terms.
