Are you sure that I can help you? Gee this woman does not take rejection very well.

 

She has always asked me to say "something else," if none of her stock questions refers to what I want. I simply say, "Something else," and she directs me to a live person. 

It is quite simple. A graduate degree is not necessary to get to a live person.
