It is good to see Democrats and Republicans working together toward a better passenger rail system. Perhaps what is needed is a Passenger Rail Infrastructure Agency to get these rail infrastructures built faster, perhaps in conjunction with the states. There have been many construction projects with federal and state grants along with low cost loan partipation or tax credit. How can the USA be rated number 19 out of 20 for high speed rail in the world? We need to start moving forward.
