Sketchy reports but Palmetto collided with what is reported to be a Edit from other reports appears might have been a Loram ballast cleaner . ? Unconfirmed 2 MOW workers killed. It "may" have been that equipment was working on another track and unintentionally fouled track that Palmetto was on ?

This video shows a Loram ballast cleaner at location but we have no idea if any other equipment was involved ( Maybe a backhoe ? ) and maybe the actual equipment hit ? Equipment appears to have been on track 4 and Palmetto on track 3 ?
