Good Lord, where did this happen?  The photo link doesn't say.

At any rate, it looks like that locomotive needs a trip to the paint shop in addition to the glazing shop, look at the rust and peeling paint around the windows.

Train 79/20 south of Richmond with loco 131 hit cross tie ( sleeper ) and it ended up in window of loco. Tie reported to have been placed across tracks.
