I watched the "Empire Building" this evening through Anoka, MN, just north of MSP. It was 11 hours late and had a BNSF locomotive on the head end. The train left Seattle four hours and fell down on the eastbound trip.
Does the BNSF locomotive go through to Chicago or will the CP add a locomotive at St. Paul?
