Burlington (IA) Depot Renovation Plans
Posted by Victrola1 on Wednesday, September 9, 2015 2:13 PM

"The Burlington City Council has approved renovations to the aging Burlington Depot through an agreement with Klingner and Associates for architectural and engineering services on the project."

"When first built, the Burlington Depot was featured in architectural magazines of the time and is a remarkable example of World War II Era Architecture."

I'm glad to see it hapening. I read about that station many years ago and have ridden by it several times since.

Does anyone have a link to a site where I can see the plan of the station? Perhaps one of the modeling fora? Google search results are all talk about the place and have some (usually the same) pictures but nothing shows the way the building is laid out.
