almost 2 years after "Sandy" what permanent provisions have been completed for the next hurricane? The problems with the North ( Hudson ) river Amtrak tunnels that would occurr with them being floded is especially worrisome. Has Amtrak been able to provide for blocking flood waters from entering the tunnels?
Have the traction substations been raised?. Haave signal bungalows been raised / Is Hoboken terminal beeen hardened ? Subway tunnels ? Etc ?
