Inane posts like yours, Ray, aren't helping the situation, but then with you that's about par for the course. Given your history with railroads and town police for various violations, it is pretty much a pot and kettle deal with regard to comments you make about the Baltimore looters.

Complicated social/political questions are easily resolved in the movies.  Let's not confuse that with reality.  It's generally a good idea to maintain an I.Q. level that is higher than your age.
