Report is out. Check out new charts pages E-7 thru E-13. Other charts also are of interest. The best and worse of the Major RR is NS. Good in the south east and terrrible in the ohio valley. Have never seen a major with that many lost minutes for 10,000 miles. Almost 10,000 minutes per 10,000 miles If there had been better OTP for builder, LSL, Capitol it might have been a very good month. One has to wonder if the lost connections at Chicago had not happened how much better the whole system would have performed.
