I don't think it was Julie who answered when I called Guest Rewards two days ago, but but the voice who answered is deaf. When I spoke my membership number, she could not hear me, so I had to punch it (not her) in, and when she asked if I had some matter other than what is on the menu, I had to shout before she understood that I did--and the live person who answered had no trouble hearing me.
And, Monday night and last night, I had a pleasant conversation with the lady at the station here; she had no trouble understanding me.
