Got a PM that has the Siemens specifications.  Interesting note said that the largest converter station in the  world  is at Richmond area of Philidelphia, Pa.  It Is a siemens product.   Anyone know if that is for SEPTA or Amtrak or even a combination  ?   Appears a slight hint that it can supply regenerative power to 60 Hz network ?

Metuchen power station will be getting a Siemens power converter in about 2017.  Read the specifications very interesting.  One thing not mentioned is if can reverse current from regeneration ?

Note:  Direct conversion from 60 Hz 3 phase AC to  25 Hz single phase AC direct to CAT ?  It is not a rotary converter.
