Orphan Annie's improvement ?.

Our orphan train the Cardinal seems to have better performancer than the other 2 east coast - Chicago trains.

For August performance report

1.  The second Cardinal sleeper has doubled  the number of sleeper passengers.  Sleeper load factor any where 85 % + .  Sleeper revenue up 90 % maybe due to some sleeper passengers not traveling full route ?

2.  On time end point better than the other 2 trains. That is for August and appears to be same for September ?

3.  BBRR has decreased the delays maybe because not as many CSX trains ?  West bound trains many time early into Chicago. Note Hoosier as well.  East bound unable to make up CSX BBRR delays of opposing traffic ?

4. The number sleeper passengers almost as many as other orphan Sunset even though all TE connects were counted on Sunset figures due to SAS - FTW cancellations. Also many more sleeper berths on Sunset.  Sunset also 2 nights compared to 1 night Cardinal.  Also full diner on Sunset.

5.  Total operating loss costs on Cardinal less than 1/2 of Sunset.

6.  Overhaul record at Beech showed only 2 or 3 sleepers at any time in overhaul this summer allowing for the second sleeper..

7.  Sunset coach passengers higher than Cardinal.
